project life 2012: week two

I am on to week two of 2012. I am hoping to stick to one kit each month, so I've continued on using Becky's Clementine edition. I have thrown in a few other pieces I've found along the way, as well as recoloured some of the journaling cards/elements to make them work with this layout.

Supplies used:
Thanks for looking!

  1. Love your blog and projects--so wonderful to see another digital gal! The polka dot paper you used for the background, where is that from? Works perfect with Clementine!!

  2. Love these layouts and so glad to see you are a member of the PL team!! Looking forward to seeing more!
(ps. I'm a vampire diaries fan too! Did you see the entertainment weekly cover yet?? Going in my pl book for this wek!)

  3. Thanks ladies!

Heathershomemadehome: The grey polka dot paper is from the Queen of Quirk's kit called Jeepers Creepers. I linked it for my week 1 layout, but not this one, oops!

Liz, glad to hear there is an TVD fan out there :) Now, I haven't seen the cover...I must see this now! Tonight is Thursday, so after I am done on here, I am going to watch this weeks episode! Can't wait!!

  4. I love your layouts. Congrats on the PL team! This may be a dumb question but I am new to this PL and I want to go digital. I see that you used Template A but modified it a bit. Is that correct? Did you resize the layers and remove some or just hide the other layers?

  5. So happy to see you be a part of the creative team as a digital scrapbooker! You're such an inspiration. I have the same question about Template A. How did you do that?

  6. Debbie & Caroline, you both wondered how I created my second page of my layout with a larger photo. I simply removed the smaller 3x4 boxes and stretched the 4x6 box to be in line with the other boxes and than I put a 4x6 box where the other two 3x4 boxes were. I often do this with the templates to accommodate the size of photos I have :) I hope this helps!
